Option #1
Pastries, yogurt with granola, fruit salad, coffee and assorted bottled drinks
Option #2
The above with either quiche or breakfast casserole and ham and cheese puff pastry pockets
Lunch and Brunch
6 person minimum (pick up only)
Tomato Pie - seasonal farmers market tomatoes layered with a sharp cheddar cheese stuffing set in a puff pastry vidalia onion crust
Assorted Quiches - pastry or baked potato crust.
Flavors include crab, baked vegetable, bacon tomato cheddar, lemon chicken, bacon and swiss, asparagus (seasonal) or spinach, mushroom, feta.

Beef barley butternut, turkey,split pea and bacon, chicken tortilla, potato sausage, chupe (shrimp and coconut vegetable, vegetable, chicken and rice, just to name a few!

Layered Pork Tenderloin - apples, walnuts, sausage and prunes and 2 sides with bread
Meatloaf - mashed red potatoes, one side and bread
Lasagna - mixed green salad and bread
2 Crab cakes - mashed potato, side and bread
3 Chicken Teriyaki Skewers - dirty rice, one side and cornbread muffin
